Update 01/12/06
Friday, 01 December 2006
Full Nottingham results are up here. Comiserations to Oxford who were announced as Team winners, but due to some miscommunication, one of their female scores was innactrately recorded as 540, adding nearly 100 extra points. As such, Oxford fall two places to 3rd, only a single point behind Warwick in the end.

On a similar note, due to this mix up, I believe the medals were handed out incorrectly in the Ladies Experienced Category. As far as I am aware, Oxford were awarded 2 medals, and Nottingham 1, when Nottigham should have got 2, and Oxford should have only got the gold. Obviously I am not going to hunt down medals, but it would be a nice gesture if they could make their way to their rightful owners. Many thanks on that.

So congratulations to Cambdrige who kicked off the season on a high, managing to win both the Experienced and Novice team events. And, if the novice scores are anything to go by, the other BUTTS Teams will have to spur on their noivces if they have a chance at closing the gap. With a first score of over 2000, the Cambridge Novices have surely got their eyes on the BUTTS Novice Team Record as well as the trophy.
